Working out makes me feel  good, as if I accomplished a good thing for my body. Now I am teaching classes at a studio in Downtown Campbell.  I enjoy instructing  because some of the benifits include:


Exercising for the Holidays

I am fortunate to have professional and friendly instructors and that I have learned a great deal from.

I want to ensure an environment that is friendly, professional and safe.  There will be a variety of classes I will teach.

Working out and moving is one way to ward off diseases and improve one quality of life.

These exercise classes are designed for purpose and alignment of your body. Each class integrates safe movements that stretch and strengthen your entire body with techniques that expand your breath and balance your mind.

All fitness classes include 5 to 10 minutes of warm up and cool down excercises.

Proper breathing while exercising is important; one way to get hurt when working out is by improper berating. During all types of exercise, your muscles demand a greater than usual amount of oxygen to work efficiently and, as a result, expel more carbon dioxide waste.


Fusion Fitness

A Full Body workout with combinations of Qigong, Yoga, Pilates and Abdominal Exercises. This class focuses on relaxing muscles that are too tight and strengthening muscles that are too weak. Qigong is a great way of doing energy work, connecting working with your body and mind. Yoga emphasizes awareness of your body’s alignment and movement – Pilates aims at toning your body, while the abdominal exercises strengthen core stability.

Abdominal Fit

Everyone wants a toned flat stomach! This one hour class focuses on the abdominal muscles. A strong core supports your back along with aiding and preventing low back pain. These exercises include contracting and bracing all the abdominal muscles in slow controlled movements.

Stretching & Balance

Balance and stretching, all in one!  A fun energetic class opens your body and gets it moving.

There are lunges, abdominal work with arm and leg excercises to get a invigorating work out.

This level is suitable for people who are relatively new to group fitness classes and in average physical condition. Expect basic choreography with moderate intensity.

When you can barely squeeze a workout into your day, taking time to focus on stretching is an important part of ever fitness program. Stretching improves your range of motion, increase circulation, and calms your mind—which may help fend off injuries and illness.
